Selling a home is hard enough on a good day. Selling one in the middle of a divorce, a probate, or a multi-owner dispute over the family property is a different level, and it's exactly where I do my best work.

I'm Analicia Diaz, a San Diego County realtor, Probate and Trust certified, and a certified Real Estate Mediation Specialist (REM-S). When a sale involves multiple heirs, a court timeline, or two people who used to agree on everything and now agree on nothing, I know how to keep the transaction moving and everyone treated fairly. I've built my business around the deals other agents shy away from: complex asset division, contested properties, and sales where the paperwork is as complicated as the emotions.

Don't mistake me for a specialist who's only good at the hard stuff, though. I'm just as sharp representing first-time buyers and traditional sellers across all of San Diego County. Buying your first home, selling your fifth, or untangling a property tied up in something bigger than real estate, you get the same thing from me: straight answers, a clear plan, and someone in your corner who knows what they're doing.

Outside of contracts and closings, I'm a proud military spouse. My husband served in the Navy, and that life taught me to move fast, stay organized, and get things done under pressure, skills that carry straight into real estate.

I'm also a mom to two college-aged kids and an unapologetic dog mom who will show you a photo of my dog before we've finished our first conversation. When I'm not working, I'm traveling, at a live show, or hunting down the one gift or piece of information nobody else could track down. I love this business, this city, and helping people come out the other side of a transaction better off than when they started.
